Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the schwiizerdütsch.com API, dashboard, and all associated services ("Services") provided by Andrin Iten & Max Diez ("we", "us"). By using our Services you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your API keys and account credentials secure. Notify us immediately at andrin@iten.to if you suspect unauthorised access. You are liable for all activity under your account.

3. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your own products and services. Audio generated through the API may be used commercially in accordance with your subscription plan.

4. Plans and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in CHF. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.

All models, software, and technology underlying the Services remain our exclusive property. You retain ownership of the text you submit and the audio generated from it.

7. Availability

We aim for 99.9% availability on paid plans but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Services in violation of these terms or applicable law.

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time via the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend access with immediate effect for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, your account data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email or notice on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Zurich, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
